SHIPPING POLICIES:
When will I receive my package?
We strive for our customers to receive their orders as soon as possible. If the part ordered is in stock/not back-ordered, we ship within two business days. Approximate ship dates for back-ordered parts are available on each individual part's webpage. You will receive tracking information through FedEx or USPS within two business days.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes. Please choose USPS delivery upon checkout. If you choose FedEx, your package will automatically be sent through USPS and you will not receive a refund for the cost difference.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We are not currently able to ship internationally.
What shipping options do you have?
We offer FedEx 2-Day or USPS Priority Mail. FedEx offers faster, more reliable shipping services and frequently updated tracking information. USPS is slower and offers limited tracking information. FedEx delivery is typically 2-3 business days after shipping confirmation. USPS delivery is typically 3-5 business days after shipping confirmation.
FIREARM SHIPPING POLICY:
Firearms must be sent according to FedEx's and/or UPS's terms and conditions. Legacy Custom Products dba Stan Chen Custom is in no way liable for any damages the firearm may sustain during shipping/transit. Legacy Custom Products dba Stan Chen Custom is not liable or accountable in any way for lost or incorrectly shipped firearms. You must ship your firearm on a weekday aside from Friday. DO NOT SHIP YOUR FIREARM ON FRIDAY, no one will be available to receive it on Saturday.
